Flow Radiance

About Me

Hi, I'm Karen!

I am a menstrual cycle coach and embodiment guide.

I help women reconnect with their body’s natural cyclic nature and feminine power, so that they can rediscover their innate wholeness, vitality and radiance.

Using tools like menstrual cycle charting, movement and meditation, I guide women to understand their body's natural flow and help them uncover patterns within their cycle. This clarity helps them discover their strengths and navigate their shadows with greater ease.

My Story

Like most women, I used to see the menstrual cycle as an inconvenient (but necessary) part of my life. And I used to think of it only when I was bleeding and for the rest of the time it did not exist.

Then in 2016 I discovered menstrual cycle awareness (MCA). It was a lightbulb moment for me - I couldn't believe nobody had ever taught me about this before because it made SO much sense! I had only just come off the mini pill and had a history of ignoring my body's signals in many ways, so discovering MCA at this time was kind of divine timing - it truly nourished my journey and growth as a woman.

Menstrual Cycle Awareness has (among many things) taught me how to connect with my body and access my innate feminine power and wisdom.

What is menstrual cycle awareness?

Menstrual cycle awareness is embodied cyclical living.

It's about being aware of the state of your body, heart and mind on any given day of your cycle - from menstruation to ovulation and back again - and making sense of your cyclical ups and downs (which really aren't that random once you understand them)!

Menstrual cycle awareness can help you take advantage of the strengths within your cycle and give you a heads up on your more vulnerable days when you need to take better care of yourself.

It's a simple, compassionate and powerful practice that just asks you to tune in and listen to your body so that you can love and care for yourself, however you might be feeling that day. This practice is really about accepting yourself as you are. No more pushing and striving and wondering why you could do this easily last week but this week you feel like crap (ok hands up, who's been there?!)

Having cyclic awareness will give you much needed clarity and insight into the unique natural rhythm and seasons of your cycle, like where your superpowers lie (yes everyone has them, including you), when you can make the most of your strengths, where you struggle the most and when you really need to step back and practice self-care.
